1. 20 Wall Balls
2. 15 Kettlebell Swings
3. 10 Box Jumps
4. 10 Push Presses
5. 15 Burpees
6. 20 Sit-ups
-Time Cap @ 35 and use weights etc that cause around 6-7 minute rounds
CLASS
Sumo Deadlift (Every 2:00 for 10 Rounds:
6-3 Reps)
Begin with 6 Reps and build weight each round.
As the weight gets heavier, you can drop the reps down to 5, 4 and finishing on 3 reps if needed.
