Week 1 of our 6 Week Handstand Programme.some of you will be working on building strength upside down by holding static positions, some freestanding handstands and others handstand walks.

Metcon (No Measure)

Group warm-up and mobility then:

20:00 to work on individual handstand practice

Metcon (Time)

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

DB Deadlift (any arm)

DB Hang Squat Clean (any arm)

Burpee over DB
15/22.5kg

OPEN GYM

Metcon (No Measure)

Every 1:00 for 6 Rounds:

2 Seated Box Jumps, then,

Accumulate a 2:00 Active Hang with Meaty Grip

Accumulate a 2:00 Handstand Hold against the wall
Rest As Needed
