DB Deadlift (any arm)
DB Hang Squat Clean (any arm)
Burpee over DB

OPEN GYM

Every 1:00 for 6 Rounds:
2 Seated Box Jumps, then,
Accumulate a 2:00 Active Hang with Meaty Grip
Accumulate a 2:00 Handstand Hold against the wall
