Turkish Get Up (7:00 to perform 10 reps/arm
– Use a single KB/DB
– Once finished hold a sandbag at the chest until the time is up – self-select a weight.)

NOTES

In Accessory – I, increase the loading across as many sets as possible.

Each set of bench presses should be unbroken.

Perform each set of planks hold unbroken, however, two sets may be necessary.
