Freestanding Handstand Hold

– Rest 2:00 between sets.
Intended Stimulus:

– 2-3 Rounds on first AMRAP for most athletes

– :30-1:00 on handstand hold

– Short Sprint paired with a High Skill, Isometric Hold for a contrast of moving fast and moving as little as possible

– Score is total reps completed + total seconds on handstand hold
