Clean (8 Touch’n’Go Clean Reps Every 1:30 for 5 Rounds)

Choose a variation (Squat or Power) that you want to work on.

Goal is to cycle smooth reps without moving your feet.

Start around 60% and Build as Required.

2 RFT:

20 DB Hang Power Clean (Left Arm)

15 Burpees

100m Run

20 DB Hang Power Clean (Right Arm)

15 Burpees

100m Run
Short Sharp Metcon for Intensity.

RX+ go up on the DB weight and/or perform Burpee Pull Ups.

Although we’re moving fast, finish the clean off with full knee+hip extension, and elbow in front of DB on every rep.
