Every 3:00 for 4 Rounds:
9 Stiff-Legged Deadlift
6 Front Squat
3 Bar Muscle Up or 6 Chest to Bar
Use same barbell and clean from the floor for the Front Squat
Metcon (Time)
Complete the below for 3 Rounds, with a 1:00 rest between rounds (I.e. after you’ve complete the 2 reps)
10-8-6-4-2
Deadlift @ 80/53kg
Lateral Burpee Over Bar
Time Cap – 15:00
Deadlift weight should allow unbroken reps throughout workout.
