Overhead Squat (3 Reps Every 2:00 for 5 Rounds)

Start Around 60-70% and build through sets.

This is week 1 of 4 of our Overhead Squat cycle.

Use this to build a bigger 1RM squat snatch after the open – so use loading that allows you to go full depth.

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

5 shuttle runs (1 rep = 25 feet down/25 feet back)

10 double-dumbbell push jerks (15/22.5kg)

20 box step-ups (50/60cm)
